Frequently Asked Questions
How do I order meals?
Do you ship or deliver meals?
How are meals stored?
How many meals do I need to order?
There is no minimum order for our meal prep. You can buy one meal for the day or stock up on meals for the week. We offer a quantity discount starting at 5 meals that will save you money if you need to stock up. We keep our “bulk” minimum order small so you can save your precious freezer space for things other than meal prep. Single meals are $9.99 and bulk pricing for meals (5 or more) is $7.99 each.
How often does the menu change?
What's the best way to heat the meals?
We recommend taking the meals out of the freezer a day before you plan to eat them and store them in the refrigerator. This will begin to "slack out" the meal and allow it to reheat more evenly. Some meals, however, are heated directly from frozen in a microwave or oven. From frozen, most meals when vented need heated for 3 minutes (depending on microwave power) and then heated in 30 second intervals until at desired temperature.
